3. Estimates

Unless otherwise stated, all estimates are:

Subject to change if additional work becomes necessary

Hidden stains, oxidation, rust, efflorescence, or other pre-existing conditions may require additional treatment and may result in additional charges.

4. Scheduling

Appointments are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis.

Customers agree to provide safe access to the property at the scheduled appointment time.

If access is unavailable, a trip charge or rescheduling fee may apply.

Weather conditions may require appointments to be rescheduled for safety reasons.

5. Customer Responsibilities

Before your scheduled service, you agree to:

Ensure all windows and doors are securely closed.

Remove or secure fragile outdoor items.

Move vehicles away from work areas.
```

Keep children and pets safely away from work areas.

Notify IVORWASH of any known property defects, leaks, loose siding, damaged windows, or electrical hazards.

Failure to disclose known issues may limit IVORWASH's liability.

6. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of service unless other arrangements have been made in writing.

We accept approved payment methods, including:

Late payments may incur interest and collection costs as permitted by law.

7. Cancellations

8. Satisfaction Guarantee

Customer satisfaction is important to us.

If you believe an area was missed or not cleaned properly, please notify us within 48 hours of service completion.

We will inspect the concern and, if appropriate, return to address any workmanship-related issues at no additional cost.

This guarantee does not cover:

9. Property Condition

Pressure washing and soft washing cannot repair existing damage.

Older surfaces may contain:

Cleaning may reveal these existing conditions.

IVORWASH is not responsible for damage resulting from:

Loose or improperly sealed windows or doors

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, IVORWASH shall not be liable for:

Damage caused by undisclosed property defects

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the services performed.
