Mickey Massey
Founder
Mickey Massey brings military discipline, operational leadership, and a passion for service excellence to IVORWASH.
After proudly serving in the United States Army as a Paratrooper with the 82nd Airborne Division, including deployment to Afghanistan, Mickey built a successful career in the luxury hospitality industry, where he spent nearly a decade leading hotel operations, managing large teams, and overseeing high-value properties across premier destinations from Las Vegas to Miami, including the EDITION brand. Throughout his career, he has developed a reputation for delivering exceptional guest experiences, maintaining rigorous operational standards, and leading with integrity.
Today, Mickey continues to serve as a Director of Operations for a nationally recognized hospitality organization while leading IVORWASH with the same principles that have defined his career: discipline, professionalism, accountability, and attention to detail.
His vision is to bring luxury hospitality-level service and operational excellence to the home services industry—raising the standard through reliability, clear communication, and an unwavering commitment to quality. For Mickey, exterior cleaning is about more than appearance; it's about protecting properties, building trust, and delivering an experience clients can confidently rely on.
Amanda Massey
Founder
Amanda Massey brings an international perspective, a strong legal foundation, and a lifelong appreciation for exceptional service to IVORWASH.
After earning her Law degree in Chile and studying in Spain, she gained experience in customer-facing hospitality roles, where she learned firsthand how thoughtful details, clear communication, and genuine care can transform the way a customer experiences a business. She also understands the frustration of receiving incomplete, inconsistent, or impersonal service—and believes clients should never have to settle for “good enough.”
Today, she leads IVORWASH’s brand, marketing, client experience, and business development. Her vision is to bring a more elevated standard to the home services industry by combining reliable workmanship with elegance, professionalism, and hospitality-inspired care.
Fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese, Amanda is passionate about building a company that feels as refined and trustworthy as the quality of service it delivers.
